I have been in the real estate business since 2003 when I relocated to the Central Pennsylvania area. I am a native North Dakotan and never dreamed that I would be making the East Coast my home. I lived on the West Coast for almost 10 years, moved to Minneapolis-St. Paul and then to Pennsylvania! What an exciting time that I have had throughout my years!
With all of that said, I must say that this area has so much to offer and I am so thankful to live here! Not only do we have great things available to us, i.e. wonderful eateries, a superb symphony, great venues such as the Whitaker Center, terrific colleges, tons of history and the state government. Within a short driving distance you are in fascinating metro areas like New York, Washington, D.C., Baltimore and so many more terrific places.
From the business aspect, I am a very energetic, enthusiastic and focus driven with my clients/customers. It is their needs and desires that I strive diligently to go after. My clients put their faith and trust in me to help them with their real estate needs, it is truly my duty and pleasure to make their dreams come true!

Jodi very patiently dealt with us as we searched for and finally puchased a new house. We all survived thousands of texts and phone calls .We looked at lots of properties and she was very helpful in interpreting the good the bad and the ugly. She was very responsive 7 days a week and almost 24 hours a day.
She then was very patient as we emptied the house we lived in for 40+ years and finally got it on the market. There was a lot of communication on house showings and finally an offer. She assisted us in tweaking our acceptance and all that goes with the inspections and the back and forth and finally closed on our property.
I would absolutely recommend her as a buyers or sellers agent.
